GasBloc GB-(LEP) D01 Dungs multifunctional gas control
- This GB GasBloc is a multifunctional gas control valve as per EN 126 for fully automatic operation, it combines a pressure regulator and safety shut-off valves.
- One stage mode or two stage mode for direct burner ignition (DBI) or intermittent pilot (IP).
- Fast-open or slow-open with adjustable start gas volume up to 80%.
- Constant volume flow using servo pressure regulator with servo regulator.
- Inlet pressure up to maximum 65 mbar (6.5 kPa).
- Different variants according to application.
- Suitable for gases of gas families 1, 2, 3, as per EN 437 and other neutral combustion gases.
- Note: This series is no longer part of the Dungs main product line.

Setting the start rate for GB-LEP
The start rate can be set, but the time cannot be changed. Slow start requires a closed pressure regulator at start. Before each restart, a waiting period of at least 45 seconds must be observed.
