Servomotor DMA Dungs
- Aceste servomotoare DMA garanteaza o rotatie precisa intre 0o si 90o, selectia lor depinde de tipul aplicatiei.
- Se folosesc in combinatie cu servoclapete DMK si regulatoare de debit DML.
- Functioneaza pe un sistem de came continuu ajustabile. Sunt dotate cu un indicator mecanic al pozitiei vizibil din exterior.
- Optional in functie de model se poate face tranzitia intre functionarea automata si mecanica.
- Seriile DMA… 3 si DMA…. 4 sunt mecanice si sunt dotate cu 3 sau 4 came. Doua dintre ele controleaza intervalul de lucru iar celelalte dispozitive externe. Camele sunt infinit ajustabile.
- DMA… 0 functioneaza electronic, un semnal analog 4-20 mA este convertit intr-o miscare de rotatie a axului. Domeniul de lucru este 0-90o, dar limitele domeniului pot fi securizate prin doua intrerupatoare.

Ajustarea unghiului de rotatie pentru DMA…0
1) Nu miscati camele pentru intervalele de limita pe durata reglajului.
2) Furnizati un curent nominal de 4 mA.
3) Reglati pozitia dorita de minim prin intermediul potentiometrului Ymin (domeniu de ajustare 0-100% = 0-90o)
4) Furnizati un curent nominal de 20 maA.
5) Reglati pozitia dorita pentru maxim prin intermediul potentiometrului Ymax (domeniu de ajustare 25-100% = 22.5-90o)
Atentie! Ymin trebuie sa fie intotdeauna cu 25% mai mic decat Ymax.
