Actuator DMA Dungs
- These actuators DMA guarantee a precise rotation between 0o and 90o; their selection depends on the type of the application.
- They are used together with motorised butterfly valves DMK and linear flow control DML.
- The actuator is distinguished by continuously adjustable cams. They have a mechanical position indicator readable from the outside.
- Optional switchover between Automatic and Manual operating mode.
- DMA… 3 and DMA…. 4 mechanical models with 3 or 4 cams. Two cams are used as end stop; the remaining cams are available for controlling external devices. The cams are indefinitely adjustable.
- DMA… 0 is electronic. An analogue signal (current of 4-20 mA) is converted into a rotational movement of the drive shaft. The working range is freely definable between 0-90o. Any rotation angle within the defined working range may be adjusted by means of a potentiometer. The limits of the working range can be secured by means of two limit switches.

Adjust the rotation angle for DMA…0
1) Do not move the cams for the limit switches during the adjustment process.
2) Supply with a nominal input current of 4 mA.
3) Adjust the desired rotation angle position MIN by means of Ymin potentiometer (adjustment range 0-100% = 0-90o)
4) Supply with a nominal input current of 20 mA.
5) Adjust the desired rotation angle position MAX by means of Ymax potentiometer (adjustment range 25-100% = 22.5-90o)
Attention! Ymin must always be 25% smaller than Ymax (reference: 90o = 100%)
