Differential pressure switch LGW A1 Dungs for air, flue, exhaust gas - factory-adjusted
- These pressure switches LGW A1 are designed for monitoring in firing, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
- It is suitable for switching a circuit on, off or over on changes in actual pressure value relative to the set reference value. The reference value (switching point) is factory-adjusted as per EN 1854.
- LGW A1 can be used as a differential pressure switch in pressure and vacuum ranges.
- Maximum operating pressure: 100 mbar, setting ranges between 0.3÷50 mbar. Ambient and medium temperature -15÷85oC, storage temperature -30÷85oC.
- Switching voltage: DC gold contacts 5÷24 V, silver contacts 24÷48 V; AC 24÷250 V. Nominal current: DC 20 mA - Au; AC 10 A - Ag (2.5 A for LGW 1,5 A1).
- Electrical connection by means of a flat-type connector.
- Compact size.
- The installation position can change significantly the switching pressure.
- Suitable for air, flue and non-aggressive gases but not for industrial combustion gases.
Functional description LGW A1:
The differential pressure acts via the diaphragm against the force of the setting spring on the microswitch. The pressure switch operates without any auxiliary power. The control unit responds to
differential pressure. If the set reference value is exceeded or undershot, the circuit is switched on, off or over.
