Differential pressure switch LGW C1, C2, C3 Dungs for air, flue, exhaust gas
- These pressure switches LGW C1, LGW C2, LGW C3 are designed for monitoring in firing, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
- The reference value (switching point) is adjusted on a setting wheel provided with a scale for LGW C2; LGW C1 and LGW C3 are factory adjusted.
- Maximum operating pressure: 50 mbar, setting ranges between 0.2÷30 mbar. Ambient and medium temperature -15÷85oC, storage temperature -20÷85oC.
- Switching voltage: DC 24÷48 V; AC 24÷250 V. Nominal current: DC 20 mA; AC 5 A (2.5 A - LGW C3).
- Each pressure chamber has a stepped connection of 6 mm diameter to 4 mm diameter.
- Large diaphragm surface ensures very high sensitivity and small switching differences.
- The LGW C3 has a flat construction, therefore is specially designed as an integrated unit, particularly for monitoring the blower in wallmounted equipment.
- The installation position can change the switching pressure with up to 0.2 mbar.
- Suitable for air, flue and exhaust gases.

Functional description:
The differential pressure switch in pressure and vacuum ranges acts via the diaphragm against the force of the setting spring on the microswitch. It operates without any auxiliary power.
- Differential pressure switch LGW ... C2:
The control unit responds to differential pressure.If the set reference value (mbar) is exceeded or undershot, the circuit is switches on, off or over.
